1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Aapex Wealth Management (“the Promoter”).

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), or any other social media platform used to promote the competition.

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to residents of the UAE aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition.

The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and eligibility.

3. Competition Period

The competition opens on 3rd June 2026 and closes on 1st July 2026 (“Competition Period”).

Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• SHARE TO STORIES

Only one entry per person will be accepted unless otherwise stated.

Entries that are incomplete, inappropriate, offensive, or fraudulent will be disqualified.

5. Prize

The prize is:

A luxury staycation with Brunch for 2 at the Atlantis Royal Hotel, Dubai

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered unless stated otherwise by the Promoter.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.

The draw will take place on or around 2nd July 2026.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via DIRECT MESSAGE within 3 days of the draw.

If the winner does not respond within 5 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Publicity

By entering the competition, entrants agree that the Promoter may use their name, social media handle, and entry content for promotional purposes related to the competition without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Data Protection

Any personal data supplied during the course of this competition will only be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and will not be passed to third parties without consent, except where necessary for the administration of the competition.

10. Liability

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, or server failure of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.

11. Right to Cancel or Amend

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend, or withdraw the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

12. General

By entering the competition, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the UK, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
